Returns Policy

We always aim to provide you with a product you are happy with, but we understand that occasionally you may need to return an item. If this happens, read our returns policy below.

WHAT can be returned?
You can return any items that have been damaged in transit, that appear faulty, or that are not to your satisfaction.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If you receive an item that you would like to return, please notify us immediately. It must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.

HOW do customers return items?
Please return to the address above and include the RMA form we emailed to you.

SHIPPING for returns?
If the item is faulty or damaged in transit and you request a refund, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and shipping cost. We will also reimburse return shipping costs. If you request a replacement, this will be shipped to you at no extra charge. Any refund or replacement will only be processed once we have received the faulty/damaged item in question. If you are requesting an exchange because you have changed your mind, you will be charged for the original shipping, the return shipping for the original item, and the shipping of the replacement product.

CREDIT for returns?
If requested, a credit note can be provided for you to use on a future item of the same value.
